What we collect
We collect the details you give us, and basic information about how you use the site.
Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number
Job applications, including your CV, cover letter and answers to screening questions
Messages you send through our contact forms
Technical data, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location
How we use it
We use your data to answer your questions, handle job applications, send the newsletter you signed up for, and keep the site secure and working well. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.
Legal basis
We process job applications and contact requests to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. We send the newsletter based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We collect technical data based on our legitimate interest in running a secure and useful website.
Who we share it with
We share data only with suppliers who help us run the site and our recruitment, such as our hosting provider and applicant tracking system. They process data on our behalf and under our instructions. Data is stored within the EU and EEA.
How long we keep it
Job applications are kept for 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). To use your rights, email privacy@strata.se.
